1st ICT

5 days of rather challenging tasks i muz say, 4 e 1st ICT, all info & instructions are in haphazard.No one can give u e exact instructions or wat 2 expect next, so 1st half of e day was wasted away waiting for things 2 happen.

I am e RQ now of 285SA, responsibilty no longer only pertains 2 HQ, which is 150ppl, with only 8 storemen under my charge. Now, as RQ, 300 ppl is my responsibilty, & 20 men are my manpower.But e prob is, my rank remains e same, despite my actual estab rank 2 be a Warrant Officer. When a 2Sgt sees mi, he shd by rite call mi Sir, but im not tat type of person, so "Law" or Sgt would suffice. However tis 2sgt who dun noe who is in charge, called mi " eh!", from e 2nd floor somemore.I got quite pissed 5 mins later, n promised myself wat he shall address mi 4 e next ICT. Any decent army personnel deserves 2 be called by his name, or if not,rank. "Excuse mi" will make do oso loh."Eh!" is meant for dog.

5 days passed w/o mi knowing tat ive done my job, 120% of my effort, coz i realie cannot afford 2 fail. 300 ppl rely on my decisions & work ethics now. Gained more experience, hopefully i will grow further.
